U14 & U16 Athletes
- Minimum age: 12 years old.
- Has participated, in the last 12 months, in at least 2 matches at green belt (ceinture verte) or higher.
- These matches must have taken place at one of the following tournaments:
  - Omnium du Québec
  - Championnat provincial
  - Coupe Daniel Hardy
  - Coupe Gadbois
  - Tournoi développement de Repentigny
  - Coupe Louis Page
U18 Athletes
- Has participated, in the last 12 months, in at least 3 identified tournaments from the following list:
  - Omnium du Québec
  - Championnat provincial
  - Coupe Daniel Hardy
  - Coupe Gadbois
  - Tournoi développement de Repentigny
  - Coupe Louis Page
Additional Requirements (All Categories)
- Has participated in a regional, provincial, or national training camp including a minimum of 4 hours of training (over 1 or 2 days).
- Holds at least a green belt (ceinture verte ou plus).
- Is clearly engaged in an excellence pathway with the objective of achieving a higher identification level (Relève, Élite, or Excellence) within Équipe du Québec.
